Our inaugural Quantum Day was held on 13th July in the Department of Physics. There were many interesting talks on themes of Applications, Fundamentals, and Technologies, and fruitful discussions about the directions of the Oxford Quantum Institute. It is hoped that the OQI will become a vibrant interdisciplinary community for all those working with any aspect of quantum theory or practice.
