Physics like you have never seen it. Meet the scientists pushing the boundaries of reality, you will see quantum tech up close, and witness how the strange and spectacular word of quantum is reshaping the technologies of tomorrow.
The OQI will be hosting a event for those considering leaving a gift to the physics department in their will, and would like to find out more about quantum at Oxford. The two hour event will include a talk from Professor Ian Walmsley, OQI Director, tours of several quantum laboratories, several short presentations and Q&A sessions covering some exciting quantum research areas, all discussed over refreshments. To book your place on this event please contact Sarah Street at legacies@dae.ox.ac.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1865 611538.
A note from the legacy team
If you are considering leaving a gift to the physics in your will, we will be very happy to provide any guidance you may need about the area you wish to support, or to help you with the wording to share with your solicitor or family members. If you would like to let us know about a gift in your will to the physics, we would love to be able to offer you the opportunity to join a wonderful programme of events around all parts of the University.
A will is very personal, and we quite understand if you prefer to keep your intentions private. However, if you do wish to let us know about a gift in your will to the physics department, we will be delighted to be able to thank you personally.
You can contact the legacy team today by email at legacies@dae.ox.ac.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1865 611538.
